1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website at https://www.lemohub.com or subscribing to any streaming services offered by Lemo Hub ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our service immediately.

2. Description of Service & Licensing

Lemo Hub provides digital media streaming subscriptions compatible with Amazon Firestick, Smart TVs, Android devices, iOS, MAG boxes, and PC/Mac platforms. Subscriptions grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access digital entertainment content for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree to use Lemo Hub strictly in accordance with applicable local, state, and international laws. You explicitly agree that you will NOT:

  • Rebroadcast, stream, sell, or commercially redistribute any Lemo Hub playlist or credentials to third parties.
  • Share your account credentials outside the maximum device connection limit allocated to your active plan.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with our server infrastructure or application software.

4. Multi-Connection & Device Usage Limits

Subscribers are strictly limited to the number of simultaneous device connections selected during checkout (ranging from 1 to 5 devices). Attempting to stream on more devices simultaneously than authorized by your plan may result in automatic stream termination or temporary account suspension.

5. Service Availability & Uptime

We maintain an enterprise-grade infrastructure with a targeted 99.9% uptime rate and Anti-Freeze Technology. However, stream quality and availability may depend on factors outside our control, including your Internet Service Provider (ISP) speed, home network setup, or device hardware performance.

6. Subscription Billing & Renewal

All subscription payments are billed in advance for the duration chosen (1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months, or 12 Months). Payments are processed securely via verified third-party payment gateways. You are responsible for ensuring that all payment details provided are accurate.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lemo Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or inability to access our streaming servers. In no event shall our total liability exceed the subscription amount paid by you during the preceding billing period.
